Plain English. These apply when you use GruntPay.

Who you are contracting with

GruntPay is operated by The Land Mule LLC, registered in Florida, USA (document L25000464835).

What you get

Access to the GruntPay software for as long as your subscription is active. Digital access is granted immediately on payment — there is nothing to ship.

What we ask of you

• Use it lawfully, and don't resell or redistribute access without written permission.
• Don't attempt to break, scrape or overload the service.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish using our tools, including any pricing, property or job details.

What we don't promise

GruntPay is a tool. It does not guarantee a sale, a lead, a customer, or any financial outcome. We make no income claims. Results depend on your market and your work.

Cancelling

Cancel any time; your access runs to the end of the period you have paid for. See our Refund Policy.

Changes

If we change these terms we will post the new version here with a new date. Continued use after that means you accept them.
